Pastor Ken and Marcy Lawson
Josh and Mary Griffin
My name is Ken Lawson, I am a licensed pastor through World Ministry Fellowship. Previously, I served as a licensed Nazarene pastor on the Central California District for 10 years. My wife, Marcy, and I have been married for 30 years. I currently work at Corcoran Unified School District as an IT Manager for the past 19 years. Previous to this, I served 10 years in Marine Corps as an F/A 18 Hornet Mechanic. In 2008, I responded to God's call on my life and I have served Him faithfully in various capacities ever since.
In March 2014, Communities4Christ was founded through a vision and calling from the Lord. In May 2015 our team began to intentionally engage the community through outreach, with a primary focus on serving families in disadvantage neighborhoods. In September 2017, we officially became a 501c3 religious nonprofit organization. C4C is a team of believers from different churches and denominations whose purpose is to reach the lost. We are a mobile ministry whose mission is simple, to go into the world and plant Jesus. Plant and water seeds of faith in hopes to build up the Kingdom of God. Through partnerships with churches, local businesses and other organizations we strive to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of our neighborhoods. Our gathering times focus on prayer, testimonies, bible teaching and developing a family relationship with one another.
If you are looking for a short or long term mission project right in your own back yard, please contact us on how you would like to help. We need prayer warriors, musicians, mentors and more. Let us put your gifts to work while we win souls to Christ!
